Stoel Music Systems Limited Warranty

Coverage & Term Stoel Music Systems warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable.

Exclusions This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Damage caused by power supplies, power distribution boards, or faulty case power systems.

  • Improper installation or use, including but not limited to connecting the power cable backwards (reverse polarity) at either the module or bus board end.

  • Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).

  • Physical abuse, water damage, or unauthorized modification of the hardware.

Warranty Remedies If a product is determined to be defective by Stoel Music Systems during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  1. Repair the product at no charge for labor or parts;
  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit; or
  3. Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable.

 

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product to Stoel Music Systems. If the defect is covered under warranty, Stoel Music Systems will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer.

Non-Warranty / Out-of-Warranty Repairs If the product is damaged due to customer misuse (including the exclusions listed above) or the warranty period has expired:

  1. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).

  2. Repairs will be performed only after the customer approves a repair quote (parts + labor) provided by a Stoel Music Systems technician.

  3. We reserve the right to decline repairs in cases of extreme physical damage (e.g., water immersion, extensive PCB damage).

Limitation of Liability Stoel Music Systems is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to other equipment, hearing loss, or personal injury arising from the use or inability to use this product. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

How to Obtain Service To request a repair or warranty service, please contact us via our contact form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items.
